Japan Medial-Dental Association for Tobacco Control was found in 1992 in
order to promote tobacco control by coorperation between physicians and dentists.

MEMBERSHIP
regular member:the one who meets the following three requirements
1.a physician or a dentist
2.a non-smoker
3.the one who does not help encourage production,sale or consumption of tobacco production
supporting member:individual or group who is approved by Association
student member:the student who meets the second and third requirements of the regular member
ANNUAL DUES
regular member: ¥5.000
supporting member(individual): ¥5.000
supporting member(company or association): ¥5.000
student member: ¥2.000
