Janet’s ー Lemonade！
Ingredients
・ 1 cup of water
・ 1.5 tablespoon of lemon juice
・ 3-4
tablespoons of sugar
・ ice
How to
make
1. You boil the sugar and the
water and mix them together well.
2. Add the lemon juice, stir, pour over ice, and you have
lemonade ！

【日本語バージョン】 ジャネット先生の レモネード
材料
・水１カップ
・レモン汁 大さじ１．５杯
・砂糖 大さじ３－４
・氷
作り方
１．水と砂糖をよく混ぜて火にかけてよく溶かします。
２．火からおろしたら、レモン汁を加え、よく混ぜて、氷の上に注いで出来あがり！
パーティードリンクとして お楽しみください！
Peanut Butter - Banana Milkshake !
Utensils
・Measuring cup and spoons
・blender
Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)
・5 tablespoons smooth peanut
butter
・1 cup cold milk
・1 tablespoon honey
・1 small banana
・3 scoops vanilla ice cream
== How to
make==
①．Put the peanut butter, honey, ice cream, banana,
and milk in a blender.
②．Cover and blend on high speed for 10 seconds until
smooth.
Place in a shaker if you want to give it an extra
shake.
③．Pour into 4 glasses !! ～ Oh，ｙummy ！

Tips ! ==
You can substitute 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup for the
banana to make a yummy chocolate shake !!
【日本語・バージョン】ピーナッツバター風味の「バナナ・ミルクシェイク」
準備する器具
計量カップ・計量スプーン・ミキサー
材料（４人分）
・ピーナッツバター 大さじ５
・冷たいミルク １８０CC
・はちみつ 大さじ１
・バナナ 小ぶりのものを１本
・バニラアイス （カップアイス の１個～１．５個分くらい）
作り方
１．材料を全部、ミキサーに入れます！
２．ミキサーに蓋をして、10秒くらいミキサーを回します。
（もっと混ぜたいときは、シェーカーに移して、振り混ぜます）
３．グラスに注いで できあがり！！
＊チョコ シェーク＊
バナナのかわりに、市販のチョコレートシロップ を入れると
チョコレート シェーク も 作れます！
お好みで 生クリームを 入れてみてもいいですねっ！
